Some key answers … to make your stay more pleasant.
PRESENTATION : the hotel has the freedom not to receive customers whose attire is indecent and neglected, customers with noisy and incorrect behaviour, customers whose behaviour is contrary to public morals.
ARRIVAL : between 14:00 and 22:00. If you encounter difficulties (traffic or other) please inform us. Any claim on the quality of services must be presented to the hotel immediately. Any rental started is due, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
DEPARTURE : On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00am. At the time of his departure, the customer must hand the key to his room at the reception. It is forbidden to take an object belonging to the hotel. He must return it if it is a mistake, otherwise, the object will be charged.
PAYMENT : The housing benefit is payable no later than the day of departure. For long-term rentals, notes must be paid weekly. The room rate applies per room, per night and does not include drinks or meals. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard payments (3.5% surcharge). We will ask anyone staying in our establishment to present us their passport. In case you can not submit this document, we will be forced to not access your request for room rental.
IN CASE YOUR STAY MUST BE INTERRUPTED : there will be no refund. Similarly, in case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety according to the conditions of the reservation. Late arrivals or early departures cannot be refunded.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE ARRIVAL :
- If you cancel or change your booking more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we do not charge a fee.
- If you cancel or change your booking within 7 days of your arrival date, we will charge a fee equivalent to the price of the first night.
- In case of absence and no-show the day of your reservation, the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
ACCES TO THE ROOMS : Rooms are available from 14:00 and must be vacated by 11:00am. Attention, in case of departure beyond that time limit, an extra night will be charged. If you wish to keep the room for an extra night, the room must be paid before 11:30, subject to availability. In addition, your room is planned for a certain number of people and to respect.
SECURITY : The surveillance of the place is assured for your safety and your comfort, by two guards. However, the Management cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of objects within the establishment. Please do not leave valuables in your room or put them in the safe provided for this purpose.
VISITS : Any visit or presence of guests outside the hotel must be reported to reception. The management reserves the right to deny them access to the hotel.
FOBIDDEN : We remind you that it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, each room has a balcony provided for this purpose.It is forbidden to cook and iron clothes, to use gas appliances in the rooms. (for example stove, electric wok or other household and cooking appliance, iron etc.) and bring food and beverages purchased outside the hotel. All objects and prohibited products (weapons and drugs) by the laws and regulations in force, are of course prohibited within the establishment. If necessary, the hotelier may report any offenders to the competent authorities.
ANIMALS : Pets are not accepted.
RECEPTION is open from 7:00 to 23:00, so we ask you to give the room keys at any exit. The reception declines any responsibility for your luggage or objects deposited in public places.
BREAKFAST is served every day from 7.30am until 9.30am in the room or on the terrace. It is possible to order breakfast before 7:30, this order will have to be done the day before at the reception.
RESTAURANT : the hotel’s restaurant (Khmer, French and Mediterranean specialities) is open every day from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30.
SWIMMING POOL is open from 8:00 to 22:00. The hotel is not responsible for accidents in or around the pool. It goes without saying that children must be under the supervision of parents.
NUISANCE : To respect the rest of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 22H00 and 8H00. Any noise of neighbourhood related to the behaviour of a person may cause the hotel to invite the customer to leave the establishment without refund since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquillity of the clientele.
RESPONSABILITIES : Children are under the sole responsibility of the customer.
PARKING : the hotel has two parking spaces. Only the one outside is not monitored. Even if the city of Kep is rather safe, remember to lock your vehicle and not leave your belongings there.
